im mohd jun just need more clarification about this problem on my laptop and this problem seem to be often happen with my laptop( acer- aspire4935). its suddenly shutdown my laptop and restart. ive already format my laptop but since then its happen again for 1st time. my laptop originally was a operate with windows vista home premium 32 bit then ill upgrade to windows 7 home premium 32 bit also.
when the first time ill upgrading my laptop last year this never been happen its start happen last month i just thought it was a virus but after restoring my laptop still with the same problem. i also using a karspersky 2010 internet antivirus. please some one help me and guide me about this problem. below is the details about my problem occured on my laptop.
