Exchange 2013 Goes To Junk folder Gmail & Live email

    Question

  • Hi,

    I have problem, when I sent email to Gmail & Live.com/outlook.com email always goes to junk.

    I have added DNS Record MX & Autodiscover.

    My domain manageserverkamu.com.

  • Do you have a reverse DNS (PTR) record in place?  Do you have an SRV record?  Is your domain or subnet blacklisted?

    This is resolve by I added PTR, SRV, & SPF record in the public DNS.
