  • Hi Rahul,

What kind of scoping is defined in the management pack section for the user role?

  • Hi Prab,

We are using "Incident Resolver user role".

We select all the MP, But problem not solved

We selected MP related to Incident or console, still the issue not solved.

    Thanks Rahul$
