Service Manager Console error occurred RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We have SCSM 2012 R2 CU4 installed in our environment. I have configured "Incident User Role's" for the IT Engineer's.

    As rights are defined pretty fine, but while clicking from the provided view to any where in console It pops-up with below error:

    Found something interesting. Above issue solution listed in Latest update rollup 7.

  • Hi All,

    We have Recently upgrade to Rollup 7, Still the issue persist & we are getting the same error.

    We have also used the advanced operator role, still the issue persist

    What kind of scoping is defined in the management pack section for the user role?

    We are using "Incident Resolver user role".

    We select all the MP, But problem not solved

    We selected MP related to Incident or console, still the issue not solved.
