  • Usually you can right click the video player and click on Settings and click on the yellow folder and drag the slider to the far right,

Hit the F5 key to refresh the page after closing the settings popup,

    Uninstall flash if needed,

  • Hi,

Were there any error message or symptoms?

    Try this:

Method 1:  Run the Internet explorer performance troubleshooter and check if it helps.

    1. key on the keyboard.

    2. Type troubleshooter in the search box and then Hit Enter.

    3. Select Troubleshooting. Click on view all and select Internet Explorer performance.

    4. Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Method 2: Open charms bar and select Search, type “iexplore.exe -extoff” and press Enter. Select the app from results to run Internet Explorer Without add-ons.

Now check if the Internet Explorer crashes. If the Internet Explorer works fine, let's disable unnecessary add-ons.

Within Internet Explorer, click the gear icon, select Manage add-ons > click the “Toolbars and Extensions” add-on type category > select add-ons one by one and click Disable button.

Method 3: Open the Internet Options window and go to Advanced tab. Reset all settings by clicking on the Reset button, and then Reset button to confirm. Then check “Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering” under Accelerated graphics.

Reset Internet Explorer disclaimer: The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that you added to the list of Trusted Sites. The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature.
