    Yes - there is the ADD/Remove  Program.  Very few people know of the existence of this program because it is so powerful.  If you want to know how to implement this secretive command please post you name and email at this site: http:/www.letmein.org

  • Hi,

    You have a few options, and you'll probably need to experiment with them to get the output you're looking for.

    You can query Win32_Product, but that only gets you software installed by the installer. Also, it barfs in your event log.

    You can check in HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall, but that's also only part of the picture if you're on a x64 OS (you also need to check in Wow6432Node).
