  • HI All,

    I have an issue with downloading via power query all itmes from folders in Outlook.

    I have shared mailbox and in this mailbox I have created around 200 folders for each Client. I would like to download all items and based on the folder name build pivot table with total number of received items.

    I download items, by go to New Query-> from other resources->from Microsoft Exchange->Added email, password and than I see all details, however when I have checked I see that at least 30 folders are missing from the report.

    All the folders are created in the Inbox folder.

    Could you please advise if you know any solution to solve that? DO you know if there is any Limit for download?

  • Are you actually loading back into Excel and refreshing from there? I found that when refreshing Exchange in the Power Query editor only a “preview” amount of rows are downloaded but I get everything when I refresh the Query back in Excel.
