  • Dear,

    when I tried App trouble shooting for my windows 8.1 pro.

    I got message that " my Microsoft Hyper -v Network Switch Default Mini port does not have driver"

    when I checked my Device Manager it says driver is corrupt, but Windows can not repair it nor I could find replacement or update for the same ONLINE. Secondly I have one device with no driver called Lilot connect.

    I am getting error on my windows up date and store App with 80072f8f and over all error at CMD 0x800f081f

    For your first problem, your current system was Hyper-V VM, isn't it? you can try to uninstall this driver and reinstall it for test. If no use, try to insall this driver manually for test. Please refer to the link below for the methods:

    According to the error code 80072f8f, your computer's date and time might not be the same as the date and time for the online Windows Update service. To fix this problem, you can try to use Windows Update troubleshooter to fix it automatically for test.
