Unable to use SharePoint or Dynamics CRM on my PC using IE 9 and IE 10 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am unable to use SharePoint or Dynamics CRM on my PC using IE 9 and IE 10. I am a SharePoint Administrator and for the past month I haven't been able to use IE to carry out SharePoint Tasks. 

    Please can you help with this issue?

    Please check your IE's add-ons, if some Microsoft add-ons was disabled, it may be caused this problem.

    In addition, this kind of issue related to the WebClient service not being started. We can check the service list by using "services.msc". Please make sure this service has been automactically started.

  • Thank you for your response, however I have tried both of these options and still no joy.

    The service was stopped, I started this and set it to Automatic however there was no change, any other ideas?

  • Have you tried other browser to use your SharePoint? If ok, please try to reset your IE for test. If not, you can go to SharePoint forum for more help.
