  • My team is
    experiencing an unusual prompt. This happens to all schedulers we have in our
    team. Starting Friday  22 2018.  We experience slowness in connecting
    to project online.  After a few minutes wait (timer rotating).  The
    below message appeared.  At the moment we tried to do stop-gap
    solution by following instruction on this site <o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p>

    but the issue
    continues throughout the day with more than one person which causes
    so much time wasted on our schedulers and team.  We are at the end of
    the quarter (Q2) and must finish our project well.   We have contacted
    Microsoft, they reverted and pointed us to change channel (from semiannually to
    monthly update) but with no success.  We need help and if someone out
    there can give us some guidance on this issue.  What is the root cause and
    how to fix this?  At the moment we are just reacting to issue and spent so
    much time to fix the below, work a little bit then it crashes again.<o:p></o:p>

    One of our
    team, went an extra mile to have the computer re-imaged, installed project pro
    2016 again still she is having the same issue like any other Schedulers having
    (even without reimaging). Please Help!!!!!<o:p></o:p>

  • Hi I would like to update my query above. We found out that the reason why our schedulers can't access the project if a large plan is published. During that wait for the successfully project published, users can't do the following:

    1) Resources can't access my task to update their progress.

    2) Schedulers can't access project to work on their project

    As a result, they have to wait until the project being pushed through.

    Does anyone have the same issue as we do.  We have less than 100 projects and approx. 1,000 resources around the globe and 5 schedulers.  This becomes nuisance for months now..  suggestion, point me to the right resource is much appreciated.
