  • Question

  • Hi,

I am looking for an install or trial of FSIS for evaluation.  Does anyone know how I would go about getting it or where I could get it from?

    Thanks in advance.

  • I think FSIS/FSIA is handled via FAST partners or FAST directly, so you should contact a partner or try fastq@microsoft.com.

Any particular part you are interested in testing?

  • Thanks for the info, Mikael.  We currently develop what is essentially a web search application, and are looking into different technologies to improve our offering.  We use sql server at the moment, but would like something with a like something with a little more "intelligence" when it comes to processing user queries.  We're looking at Lucene and Autonomy amongst others, and  I came across FSIS, but found very little info on it.  IMS looks very promising, so I wanted to see what it could do for us.
