I think I may have gotten hi-jacked before I was able to put Trend Micro on my system. I can no longer see my windows\systems32 folder. If I go to a command prompt, I see all the files, but still cannot run the ping or tracert commands. In the command prompt directory, they still have .exe file extensions, but when I try to run them, I get the error that says tracert.COM is not a valid Win32 App. Anyone know what I need to do to get these back?
