Lync Server as a vxml browser RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I am wondering if a Lync Server can be configured as a VXML browser (just like Voxeo Prophecy) and retrieve various VXML documents from a different web server, thus making it a IVR platform. If so, please also describe how to achieve it. Thanks.

  • Hi,

I am not sure about your question on VXML.

But if you want to use UCMA3.0 SDK, I would like provide related document.

  • I was under the impression that Lync Server can work as a VXML browser, but I guess I was wrong.

I probably need to use UCMA 3.0 SDK to create an application that uses VoiceXmlBrowser class instead.
