    Hi,

    I have packaged a few Java based apps and they are extremely slow until I package java with the app. I was wondering if anybody knows why. If I package an app that runs JRE and it sits outside the bubble on the local client machine, it is slow. If I package the same app with Java inside the package it works fine.

    Have you run a process monitor to see what java-related resources your app might be trying to load when the performance is slower than expected?  Are you packaging the same version of Java with your app that exists on the local client?
