User unable to open calendar items RRS feed

  • Question

  • Suddenly a user is unable to open an existing item or to create a new item in his outlook calendar. Double clicking shoud open an pane but nothinh happen there. The user is able to plan en new item by choosing "New Appointment" but not by doubleclicking.

Already tried to start Outlook (2013) in safe mode. Deactivated add-ons. When the calendar is shared other users are able to modify or create items doubleclicking.

Possibly it's a user-profile issue? Any way to easy test this or to reset the mail profile? Can i isolate it from the user profile?

  • Hi,

Does this issue only happen to this client?

Are you using a custom form?

Please first try to reset your calendar current view and check the result. To do this, please click View > Reset View.

Currently, it is hard to say where is the root cause. You could create a new profile to see if it is related with personal settings.

Any updates, please feel free to tell us.

    Perry
