  • Hi Guys,

    I need some help regarding DHCP server, can we adjust a DHCP excluded range even if the DHCP server is already activate?

  • Hi NEWBEESERVER,

    We can, but it's better to confirm there's no IP address released out in the new DHCP excluded range? For example, if you want to expand the range, while one of the IP addresses new added has already be released and not expired, then it may cause conflict.

    As far as I'm concerned, it's better to modify it on non-working time, then restart the DHCP server.

    im planning to adjust the ip excluded that i created than creating a superscope to extend ip address range.
