I can't create a compute instance RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
I'm new to Microsoft Azure, I have a student subscription. I have created a notebook instance in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning. In order to edit the notebook, I'm told to create a compute instance. When I create it, it says compute creation failed. When I look into it in the compute tab, I get this message:

The specified subscription has a total vCPU quota of 0 and is less than the requested compute training cluster and/or compute instance's min nodes of 1 which maps to 8 vCPUs

I tried many different VM sizes, I get the same message. What should I do in order to create a compute instance?
