  • Local administrator and domain administrator account are different. Make sure you have correct password for domain admin.  I think you are trying to use local admin instated of domain admin account.

What do you mean by “AD user and Computers is disabled”

“I can not strat the service” -> What service are you talking?

  • Exactly !!

Dagafa, you have to be more precise and clear on the issue when posting in the forum or it would be difficult for us to analyze and provide with the proper solution.

Need clarity on the below listed points :

    1. You are able to login to FS1 as local administrator but you are unable to login as domain administrator to EPH.local - At first place, do you have admin privileges mapped to your user accounts in membership ???

    2. If so, what are the privileges provided for your user account ?

    3. Is the machine added to the domain ?

    4. OR you can try resetting the domain administrator password from AD through any other user who has domain admin privileges and try accessing.

Share the information and we can provide with the best available solution at the earliest....
