Printing GanttChart RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi there,

I am wanting to print the visual "timeline" bit of my Gantt Chart only. I don't want to print the left hand side just the right hand side. Is there a way I can do this?

I would like to print the visual timeline every week and stick it on a notice board for all to see.

    Thank you in advance :)

  • Hi Veronika,

you can create a view with a table with only one column. The easiest way to do so, create a new view based on an appropriate view. Save this view with Tasks - Gantt Chart - Save View ..

After saving, this new view is applied. Right mouse click on the upper left corner to open context menu for table. Click on "More Tables ..."

In the table menu, make sure that your new table is selected (View name - "Table 1") and click on Edit.

Delete all columns expect one (you need one at least).

Close dialog with OK and click on Apply to apply your changes. When printing from this view, you will only see the one column and the chart.

    Does that work?
