  • yk62x86.sys = Marvel Yukon driver

go to the system32\drivers folder and make a right click on the 4 other drivers and look at the file properties to see what is this driver for (manufacture, device name) and go to the homepage and download the latest drivers.

  • Bug Check 0x1: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

This indicates that there has been a mismatch in the APC state index.

To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows.

Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.

  • APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (1)
This is a kernel internal error. The most common reason to see this
bugcheck is when a filesystem or a driver has a mismatched number of
calls to disable and re-enable APCs.

I can't see the cause, but you should update some older drivers:

    ALCXWDM.SYS  Tue Nov 22 07:44:17 2005
    VSTBS23  VSTBS23.SYS  Thu Oct 16 02:30:15 2008
    VSTCNXT3.SYS Thu Oct 16 02:29:13 2008
    VSTDPV3.SYS  Thu Oct 16 02:32:04 2008
    yk62x86.sys  Mon Feb 23 15:44:18 2009

And also install all updates from WindowsUpdate.
