Webcams in msn RRS feed

  • Question

  • I got a vista home edition and a Logitech Pro x5000, all drivers installed.

When trying to activate the cam on msn it does not work. It works everywhere else... Just not on msn where I use it the most.

Is there anything I can do to get my cam working in msn aswell?

    Thank you

  • Hello,

Before we go further in this issue, please let me know more details of it, including:

    1.    How did you try to set up the webcam in Windows Live Messenger?

    2.    Did you receive any error message or code during the trial?

Please also adjust if you’re using the latest version of Windows Live Messenger:

    Hello,

The anwser to u're first question is; Versie 2008, build 8.5.1302.1018.

And the anwser to u're second one is that I used the wizard from msn and it didn't notify me of any problems.
