Help! Trying to keep a masthead on top without text wrapping RRS feed

    Our office has a "diary" that is shared via server. the diary format is landscape with four columns. I need to place a masthead the breaches the first two columns and reaches to the 2.75 inch mark and it must stay in that position.  The problem is that when someone starts an entry in the diary the masthead shifts, moving down, allowing text to wrap above it.

    Is there a way to anchor the masthead so that it will not move and text will not wrap around it?
