I have Chrome browser on Win8.1 and Win10 1703 64-bit (the latest update).
And I have assigned keyboard shortcuts to switch the layouts: Left ctrl/shift + 1, Left ctrl/shift + 2, Left ctrl/shift + 3.
This works perfectly in Win8.1 - but in Win10, ctrl/shift + 2 in Chrome activates the emoji symbols (which I never use).
Why Chrome steals the shortcuts assigned to keyboard layouts only on Win10? Is this problem with Win10 or Chrome? On both machines Chrome is a normal "desktop" application, not Metro or UWP.
