Shared Mailbox Default Reply-From Email Address

Question

Exchange 2010
Shared Mailbox: sharedmailbox@abc.com
Members:
aaa@abc.com
bbb@abc.com
ccc@abc.com
By default when user reply email from Shared Mailbox, it will shows sharedmailbox@abc.com at the FROM field.
For my scenario, when user aaa replied email in Shared Mailbox, I want the FROM field show the user aaa, same to user bbb, when bbb replys email in Shared Mailbox, the FROM shows bbb.
Or any other way to achieve that? Customize the rewrite entry? Please adviceThank you.

You can not change that with Outlook or OWA. That is by design. You need to use multiple accounts and SEND AS permissions or something like ChooseFrom
