  • I'm getting below error, While opening All updates in WSUS console. Please help...

    The WSUS administration console was unable to connect to the WSUS Server via the remote API.
    Verify that the Update Services service, IIS and SQL are running on the server. If the problem persists, try restarting IIS, SQL, and the Update Services Service.

  • Hi Abhinay Sharma,

    What is the version of the WSUS server, if it is WSUS 4.0, please check if you installed KB3159706, if yes, we need to do manual steps to finish the installation, otherwise, WSUS console will crash.

    If the issue is not related with KB3159706, please check if you select "Drivers" in "Products and Classifications", it's not recommended to select Drivers, since there are a lot of updates for drivers and we only need a few of them, when the space is not enough, WSUS console will crash.
