Project Online Views not keeping filters for some users RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I've created different schedule views that have filters on them.  One of the filters is to only display tasks that are "Active".  For some users this portion of the filter stops working.  The other part of the filter is If another custom field equals yes display only those tasks and that part seems to be working.  And it's only for certain users.  I thought maybe it was after they cleared a custom filter but they have said that is not the case.  

    Any ideas?  Thanks!

  • Can you please post a screenshot of the complete filter or possibly type it out?

    I'd be interested to know if you are using 'and' as well as 'or'.

  • We actually figured out that this is happening when users use the grid below to filter rather than the "Custom Filter" in the Task bar menu.  Still not sure why that clears the filters but it does.
