To remove the left panel in Outlook 2019, you can follow these steps:
Open Outlook 2019 and click on the View tab at the top of the screen.
In the Layout group, click on the Navigation Pane drop-down menu.
Select Off from the options to remove the left panel.
If you want to bring back the left panel in the future, simply repeat these steps and select Normal from the Navigation Pane drop-down menu.
Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + 1 to toggle the Navigation Pane on and off.
