Hotmail blacklisted.. How to get out.. RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are web hosting provider, and whenever anyone sends mail from 74.53.89.82 to anyone on hotmail, we get the following reply:

550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery information and support

I already filled out a form with live.com, but did not hear back from them.  Blacklisting is great, but Microsoft needs to be responsive about removals from blacklists as well.

Btw, we were put into the blacklist for sending legitimate emails, not spam.
