Privacy Level - Command line? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Is there a way to set the Privacy level of a worksheet from command line (or any other external resource) and not manually going to the Options settings?

Maybe a registry key or windows settings?

    Thanks!

  • If you have Excel 2016 you can use VBA, which can be added through PowerShell. If you want to turn off privacy levels for the workbook, you'll want to set the workbook's Queries.FastCombine property to True.
