Hi,
Conexant and Realtek are two different sound cards, but they would be built in the same brand notebook of HP. To check your hardware information, and download the right driver for your device.
1.First, I recommend you uninstall the driver and visit HP website to download the exact driver for your laptop and operating system version then restart after installing it.

2.The CD/DVD drive is not reading media, you may have a try to uninstall the CD/DVD drives in device manager, and restart computer to automatically reinstall the device driver, then check the result.
