SQL Cluster 2016 Supportability with SFB 2015 RRS feed

    Dear Team,

    Is supported SQL 2016 Cluster (Active/Passive) with Skype for Business 2015, Base operating system Windows Server 2016.

    Hi,

     

    It is available to install SQL 2016 clustering in SFB server 2015. And Skype for Business Server 2015 is now supported for installation on Windows Server 2016.

    But please kindly note on Windows 2016-based servers, you must download CUs for Skype for Business Server 2015 from the Microsoft Download Center. 

    You need Skype for Business Cumulative Update 5 or later. For more information check KB4015888

     

    Besides, as for the SQL version, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Enterprise (64-bit edition) with Service Pack 1 or later is supported for SFB 2015, we recommend running with the latest service pack. Also you must run with Skype for Business Cumulative Update 7 or later.
