office mac 2011

Hey
I have a work pc with outlook exchange server mail. And I also have a mac with office 2011. I have setup the exchange account. I works but i cant get the "sendt elements" folder to update. In the down right corner of the window it shows "reciving 0/366 messages" so It won't download and update the sendt messages catalog. The strange things is every once in a while it updates 1 or 2 mails, so if i open the Sendt elements I can find a few mails, which was sendt 2-3 weeks ago, but not all. Whats wrong,, it works greate on the pc and on the iPhone.

Ok, let me ask you this. is that "Sendt elements" is customer folder you made or its on the server also.
I belive it works fine in Outlook/OWA?Do you have access to the server?

Ok, that means the issue is with the client not on the server. As it's a client issue and that of Mac, this isn't the right place for this question.
Still you can try reconfigure the profile on Outlook 2011 and check the issue.

How many users are affected? All the Mac 2011 or just one user?

Im not sure I got you right.. But the company use just windows based computers. I have a Macbook pro at home that I wanted to sync with the company exchange server. The setup works greate sending emails, and reciving emails.. Its when I open the "sendt elements" folder that is just stops syncing to the server and freezes on 0/366 messages. The techsupport in the company couldn't give a good answer for it so I just started googeling, and came over this forum.Wednesday, September 28, 2011 5:37 PM

No the sendt elements isnt made by me. Its the same that you would find in every mail client software out there.
Access to the server< NO , I have my password and my username. And the settings to the server that i put in to office mac is wat I could get out of my company windows Pc exchange settings.. like- controlpanel--> mail --> acounts --> settings etc
I can send and recive just fine on the mac. But when i open sendt elements to access old sendt mail it freezes, or if I have the Outlook open in the background on the Dock to long itbcauses office mac to restart. And thats pretty anoying when you try to work of the mac.
I have the same setup with the company mail on my iPhone and i works really greate
