When I connect to my router (or any other network including a VPN connection) or when I open Windows Mail in Windows Vista I get the following Dialog:
Title: WinMail.exe - Bad Image
Dialog Text: c:\Windows\system32\napinsp.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
The dialog text is always the same no matter what I do. The dialog pops up 5 or 6 times as I press the OK button each time. Finally, I can get mail open or connect to the network and then I see the dialog 3 or 4 more times. Then all goes well till I do another thing that brings this about. Any ideas what is causing this?
