WSUS 3 Reporting IE Versions RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Everyone,

I have a WSUS 3.2.7600.226 environment with a couple of thousand workstations being managed.

I'd like to run a report that shows me what workstations have what version of Internet Explorer on them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a guide on this please? Or if you have some steps that would be great.

    Thanks,

    Tom

I don't think WSUS report could display the version of the IE for each client, but WSUS report could indicate which updates are needed by clients, including updates for IE.

If you want to use WSUS server to deploy updates for IE, we just need to verify clients report to WSUS server correctly and approve for the related updates.

    Best Regards,
