Can't see first 5 characters in received emails RRS feed

    When I receive an email the first few characters are cut off. I have changed to plain text then back to HTML, I tried zooming out all with no resolve. I can see the message just fine in OWA this is just happening on the desktop client of Outlook 2016. Please help!

    have you attempted to repair and/or re-install the office product on the machine?

    Hi Anthony,

    Does this issue happen to all messages or just a single one? Does it show correctly when you change to plain text format?

    Please try ticking or unticking Disable hardware graphics acceleration via File > Options > Advanced and see if there will be any difference:
