Answers

  • Hi Radim Nedved,

Does Outlook crash at startup or during using? What action will trigger crashing?

Do you have cached Exchange mode enabled?

A large size of data file will easily cause Outlook freezing or crashing. The recommended size would be less than 10 G. If it's too large, please archive your mailbox.

To check the data file, please open File > Account Settings > Account Settings. Under Data file tab, select your account data file and click Open File Locations.

Besides, do you have any antivirus software running? As far as I know, these programs will integrate into Outlook client. Please temporarily close all the antivirus programs to test the result.

If issue continues, we can test this issue in a new Windows user account.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry
