  • Dear All,

    I am getting below error when I am submitting service request through portal. Please help me on this. Thanks.

    Check the template used with the request offering. Carefully inspect related items.

  • A discovery data item was rejected because the item is already bound to another Membership relationship. 

    There is something in your template that is creating a membership relationship (like ActivityHasParentWorkItem) for an object that already has a membership relationship. it's probably just a bad relationship in your template.
