  • Hello,

Does this issue occur to all the recurrence meeting or it only happens to a specific one?

You can delete this recurrence meeting via MFCMAPI and re-schedule a new one.

    1.     From the User workstation, login as the user and open Outlook.

    2.     Export the Calendar folder to an PST file as a backup.

    3.     Exit Outlook.

    4.     Start MFCMAPI.exe

           <http://www.microsoft.com/DownLoads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37&displaylang=en>

    5.     Under the Session menu, choose "Logon and Display Stores" (Choose the profile if prompted)

    6.     Double Click the problematic profile, and then click Open

    7.     Expand: Root Container -> Top of information Store

    8.     Double-click “Calendar”, find and delete the problematic recurrence meeting.

  • Hi Khalidra,

I've not seen this before. Just for a try..

    1. Please try to delete it from OWA

    2. If outlook is on cached mode please change to online mode and do the same.

Please provide your exchange version and SP including RU & also the outlook version and SP.

This may help our technet experts to find a solution.

I'm also waiting for this answer.

    Thanks & Regards, Kottees R

  • Dear Simon,

Thank you and I appreciate your reply. I have never used MFCMAPI to be honest but heared of it. Just before using it to delete the instance, does it notify the recipients of the meeting occurance cancelation or it will just delete it?

I'm also looking for a documentation on the helps/features of this software can provide.

    Regards,

    Khalid
