External inbound email with a single domain name (even in body text) being classified with SCL-9 and spam RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a customer, with domain name, and if anyone there sends an email into our Exchange 2010 w/FP2010, it classifies the inbound email as spam (marks it SCL-9).

Digging further, even if I send from a gmail or Hotmail account, with [only] body text or subject text with - it still marks it as spam.  So, it is like FP2010 is seeing the domain name text itself as spam.  Setting domain sender filters has no effect, as it is not the sender domain that is the is the actual text itself that is rejecting. The domain is not blacklisted from what I can see.

How can I allow this domain text to be "allowed" and not seen as spam ?
