System Ratings turns BSOD RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently bought a new harddrive and I installed windows 7 pro 64bit on it.  But everytime I try to do a system rating, i immediately get a BSOD.  I have a dmp file but I can't seem to upload it (probably cause this is my first post).  If I can recall it says something IRQL_ with the BSOD.  Any help would be appreciated.  I'd hate to think it was my new harddrive =\

  • Hello,

It should be one of these Bug Check Codes: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh450912(v=VS.85).aspx

Search IRQL in the article for more information.

Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps). Once done, post a link here.

You can also contact Microsoft CSS.

  • Hi,

It could be either of these,

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
