  • Acer Aspire laptop ,it came factory Win 7, I bought used w/ Win10 upgrade, then It went to Boot Mgr Missing alt, ctrl, del. It has been factory reset, but does the same thing, I have tried different boot orders , nothing, today I get  Edit Boot Options Edit Win boot opt for Win Setup Path: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe   ..[/minint/redirect rdimageoffset=8192 rdimagelength=3161088 rdpath=multi(0)diskrdisk(0)partition(1)\sources\boot.wim]  what is that? what do I do from here ? I have tried to download the Win7 image , but I cant get to my product reg. key ?

    Why did you change the boot manager settings? What did you do exactly?
    According to what you wrote, you have a OEM license for Windows: the Product Key should be printed on label attached to your notebook; Acer could provide you with a set of recovery disks (if your system does not have a recovery partition) that you can use to perform a factory reset of your PC, provided that you tell Acer your computer's serial number.
