I forget the administrator password, therefore i can not open my account.

    As your description, you have forgotten the administrator password, can now you cannot log in with it. If I misunderstood, please feel free to contact us.

    First, do you have any other users in the group administrators? Or is the administrator you forgot password is the built-in administrator?

    There are several methods in the following link, it could be helpful. We suggest you try method 1 and method 2, and method 3 has a third-party program, please be careful to try it.
