For alot of newer Windows Vista users getting Adobe Flash Player to work can be a very hard task. "I went to the website, clicked on Install and it played! But, when I open a website with flash content it tells me I need to install Adobe Flash Player!" I also went through this problem. The solution is simple,

First, You need to uninstall Adobe Flash Player. http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157 This link wil take you to Adobe Flash Player uninstall website. From there you will select the Windows Uninstaller. Run the Application and accept its Administrative Request.

Second, You will need to re-install Adobe Flash Player by visiting http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW. It will ask you to install an Internet Explorer add-on, accept it. When its done installing it will then restart Internet Explorer.

This should solve your Adobe Flash Player Installation, and allow you to view all those nice looking Flash Presentations.
