  • Hi Turgut PEKEL,

About migrate Public Folder from Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016, this article will be useful to you: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt463355%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

About OAB, it is generated by system mailbox, we don't need to migrate it. You can use commands below to force update it:

    Get-AddressList | Update-AddressList
    Get-GlobalAddressList | Update-GlobalAddressList
    Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook

  • Hi

Have you moved the PF Hierarchy to the Exchange 2016 Administrative Group yet?

Though, Experts already has explained a few best possible solution for migrating Exchange server 2010  to Exchange 2016. However, I would also like to share a blog post which I found on the web. I hope, it also helps you to accomplish your job: https://www.shoviv.com/blog/migrate-from-exchange-2007-2010-to-2016/
