  • Hi Team,

    I have got a specific requirement that we need to create an email address that should not be created in future even after employee resignation.

    Note:

    We should not add emp id in email address.

    Any suggestions.

    If you have to achieve it, please refer to following steps after employee resign:

    1. Disable his mailbox 
    2. Disable his account in ADUC, not delete AD account

  • This is not possible as you have to delete the AD and mailbox then you can crreate different user with same email address

  • There is no such policy. Once the AD account was deleted / or email address was removed, it can be use.

    I'm looking for any unique attribute of the user in AD, so that it can be added into either first name or last name for an email address.
