Project Online: Admin Tasks do not appear sometimes for random users RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Recently we have come across 5 random user complaints that Admin tasks 'Out of office' and 'Training' were not appearing in one of their timesheet period.

    We have a setting that enable these Admin tasks to appear in every timesheet by default.

    Although these tasks can we added manually in the Timesheet, We would like it to be always present in every timesheet.

    Please suggest what can be the issue.

    We use Project Online.

  • Is it likely that these admin tasks were added AFTER the timesheet was created (clicking on a certain timesheet = creating the timesheet, even if it is in future).

    They should be able to verify this, by deleting and recreating the timesheet. If the admin tasks appear after this, then it suggest that the timesheets were created prior to the admin tasks creation.

  • Try using different browsers and see if admin tasks are missing or not

    1) IE 11

    2) Edge

    3) Chrome
