I suspect I know the answer to this questions but I wanted to confirm it. It's my assumption that the incidents and service requests that show on the portal under "My Requests" and "My Activities" will be visible there until they are moved to the data
warehouse which is based on the length of time set under Administration > Settings > Data Retention Settings.
Is that correct?
Also, I am assuming that only closed work items are moved to the data warehouse after their retention time is up and that any open work items would stay in the Service Manager database even after the retention time passes. Is that correct?
