Warning! Battery Not Charging! RRS feed

  • Hello friends, I have got a battery problem if any body knows it please guide me to solve it.

    When i start my laptop by battery it  dose not work! 

    If i connect AC, the charging indicator shows alarm (red lighting) when starting windows in boot start up the message "Waring! the battery cannot be identified!, System dose charge this battery" appears.

    Press f1 to continue

    Press f2 to ...

    ...........

    I applied this instruction but did not work!

    [Actually its Original Battery alerted me "Consider replacing your battery", i bought a new one after some weeks it got the above problem then i changed it and brought the next one, it worked well about a week but again got the same problem.]

    If some one knows whats the problem, guide me please.

    My System is Dell Inspiron 1564

    OS: windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

    I am sorry to say this is probably due to hardware configuration. We can't do more on the Operating system side. Dell support might be the best resource to address this issue. Your understanding is appreciated.

  • You have hardware problems.  You need to take your laptop to a repair shop.  You probably need a new battery!
