I need to learn ADFS in detail in relates to Office365, kindly suggest if anyone have knowledge about that.

Hello -
First off, you do not need ADFS to use Office 365. Even if you want to have Single Sign On with your on-premises resources, see here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-sso
Then, if you need to use ADFS, as Isaac mentionned, there is a ton of info on the official recommendation:
- Tutorial: Federate a single AD forest environment to the cloud https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/tutorial-federation
- Video: https://channel9.msdn.com/Events/Ignite/2015/BRK3862/player
