I don't know how to fix this problem. I can not afford for my computer to crash or to have to restore it back because I have all of my school work on here. What do I do?
I had the same problem... The solution is to turn your UAC (user account control) off. Go to control panel and in the "search" bar type in uac. Turn it off and restart the computer. Then do the update and turn the uac back on. Hope this helps.
