  • First, the TechNet Library if still unsolved then Microsoft Online Support then TechNet forums then Microsoft Professional Support.. :)

    There are many different tools to troubleshoot different issues in Windows. For example, in Windows 7, you could use the built-in troubleshooting tools to determine and fix hardware or software issues.

     

    Windows Troubleshooting

     

    And there are more tools to help you troubleshoot. When you meet any problems, you could post a thread in TechNet forum or contact Microsoft support for help.
